Why do you use 380 GSM for gis?
380 GSM is the sweet spot. Heavy gis (450+ GSM) are hot, stiff, and take forever to break in. Light gis (350 GSM) wear out fast. 380 GSM gives you durability without the sauna effect—substantial enough for years of hard training, light enough that you're not gassing out from the heat.
How durable is this?

How do I find my size?
Check our sizing chart on the product page. Measure yourself and compare to the chart. Between sizes? Size up—cotton shrinks 5-7% after the first wash. Still unsure? Hit us up and we'll help you pick the right size.
Should I size up or down?
For cotton items (gis), always size up if between sizes—they shrink. For synthetic items (rashguards, shorts), go with your normal size or size down for tighter compression.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for gis (they shrink), go either way for no-gi gear depending on how tight you want the compression. When in doubt, reach out and we'll help you decide.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from Ontario, Canada. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on orders over $149 CAD.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Canada only. We're working on US and international shipping—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Free shipping on orders over $149 CAD anywhere in Canada. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track delivery status right from your email or through our website.
What if I chose the wrong size?
No stress—we get it. We offer easy size exchanges within 30 days on unworn items with tags attached. Worn items cannot be exchanged, so check the fit before you train in it.
Can I return worn items?
No—for hygiene reasons, we can't accept worn items back. Try everything on at home first to check the fit. Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
For size exchanges within Canada, we cover return shipping. Just contact us and we'll send a prepaid label. For other returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How do I start an exchange?
Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid return label and get your new size shipped out. Most exchanges are completed within a week.
Does it shrink?
Cotton items (gis) shrink 5-7% after the first wash—that's why we recommend sizing up. Synthetic items (rashguards, shorts) don't shrink. Cold wash and hang dry minimizes shrinkage on cotton.
How should I wash my gear?
Cold wash, hang dry for cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low for synthetics. Skip fabric softener on compression gear. Wash after every session to keep it fresh.
How do I prevent odor?
Wash after every session—don't let gear sit in your gym bag. Occasional white vinegar soaks kill bacteria buildup. Prevention is easier than cure.
Will the prints fade or crack?
No. We use sublimation printing on synthetic items—designs are embedded in the fabric fibers, not printed on top. They won't crack, peel, or fade no matter how many times you wash.
