Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your Basics for BJJ gear.

You may return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must have original tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Final sale items

  • Used or washed apparel

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@basicsforbjj.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for sizing issues (subject to availability)
