Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number

  • You can track your package using the link in the shipping email

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged items: Take photos of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and wait 24–48 hours. If still missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace it. Basics for BJJ
