  • Standard shipping: Flat rate for orders under $149

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator depending on your location and order size.

US Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Here's what you need to know:

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping cost: Flat rate shipping (calculated at checkout)
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking
  • Customs: No duties or customs fees for standard orders

Note: Free shipping is currently only available for Canadian orders. US orders are charged a flat shipping rate regardless of order value.

Order Processing Time

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors
  • Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
  • Contact us if still missing - we'll work with the carrier to locate or replace
