What's Covered Under Warranty?

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance or usability of your gear. This includes:

  • Stitching failures - Seams coming apart under normal use
  • Material defects - Fabric tears, weave issues, or abnormal wear
  • Hardware failures - Broken drawstrings, loops, or reinforcement points
  • Zipper malfunctions - On products with zippers
  • Color bleeding - Excessive dye transfer not caused by improper washing

If your gear develops any of these issues within 1 year of purchase, we'll replace it or provide a full refund.

What's NOT Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear - Fading, pilling, or general use signs
  • Damage from improper care - Not following wash instructions
  • Intentional damage - Cuts, burns, or alterations
  • Sizing issues - Refer to our sizing guide before ordering
  • Cosmetic issues - Minor imperfections that don't affect performance
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

How Do I File a Warranty Claim?

Filing a warranty claim is simple:

Step 2: We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label (Canadian orders) or return instructions.

Step 4: Ship the item back to us.

Step 5: Receive your replacement or refund.

Most claims are resolved within 7-10 business days from when we receive your item.

Here's what to expect when you file a claim:

  • Initial response: Within 24-48 hours
  • Claim review: 1-2 business days
  • Return shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Resolution: Replacement shipped or refund processed immediately after approval

Care Instructions to Maintain Warranty

To keep your warranty valid and extend the life of your gear, follow these care instructions:

Washing:

  • Machine wash cold (30C / 86F max)
  • Use mild detergent - no bleach or fabric softener
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Turn inside out to protect graphics and patches

Drying:

  • Hang dry recommended
  • If using dryer, use low heat only
  • Never use high heat - it can damage the fabric

Storage:

  • Store clean and completely dry
  • Avoid leaving in gym bag for extended periods
  • Keep away from direct sunlight when storing
