Rashguard FAQ
Everything you need to know before buying.
What's the fabric made of?
80% polyester, 20% spandex—220 GSM weight. Substantial enough to last without being heavy or hot. The 4-way stretch moves with you during hard training, and the moisture-wicking keeps you dry.
Will this ride up during rolls?
Nope. The athletic cut and quality elastic keeps it tucked and in place. The 4-way stretch moves with your body instead of bunching up. Flatlock seams mean zero chafing too.
Does it show sweat stains?
Our moisture-wicking fabric pulls sweat away from your body and dries quickly. Less visible sweat marks during training, and no lingering dampness after class.
Can I wear this under my gi?
Absolutely. Lots of grapplers wear compression tops under their gi to reduce mat burn and keep things hygienic. Great for both gi and no-gi training.
Long sleeve or short sleeve?
Long sleeve offers more mat burn protection and keeps your arms covered for hygiene. Short sleeve is cooler and some prefer the mobility. Both work great—personal preference.
Why no flashy designs?
Clean, minimal aesthetic on purpose. No skulls, dragons, or cringy quotes. Just solid colors that look professional at any gym. Your performance speaks louder than your gear.
What size rashguard should I get?
Check the size guide above for height and weight ranges. Rashguards should fit snug—that's the point. Most people wear their regular shirt size. Between sizes? Size down for competition-tight, up for layering or comfort.
Is the compression too tight?
It's athletic compression—snug but not restrictive. You want it fitted so opponents can't grab fabric, but you'll have full range of motion. If you prefer looser fit, size up.
Will it stretch out over time?
Quality compression fabric maintains its shape. Our rashguards won't bag out or lose compression after repeated washes. They're built to hold up session after session.
I'm muscular—should I size up?
The 4-way stretch accommodates different body types well. If you're very muscular through the chest and shoulders, sizing up might be more comfortable. Check your chest measurement against the size guide.

No stress—we offer easy size exchanges within 30 days on unworn items with tags attached. Rashguards should fit snug but not restrictive. Check our size guide above, and reach out before ordering if unsure.
Can I return a worn rashguard?
No—for hygiene reasons, we can't accept worn items. Try it on at home to check the fit before training. Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
For size exchanges within Canada, we cover return shipping. Just contact us and we'll send a prepaid label. For other returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Will the print crack or peel?
Never. We use sublimation printing, which means the design is embedded into the fabric fibers—not printed on top. It won't crack, peel, or fade no matter how many times you wash it.
How do I wash my rashguard?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener—it reduces moisture-wicking performance. These won't shrink or fade. Wash after every session to keep them fresh.
Will it shrink?
No. Unlike cotton, our polyester-spandex blend doesn't shrink. What you order is what you get, wash after wash. No special care needed.
How do I get rid of rashguard smell?
Wash after every session—don't let it sit in your gym bag. If odor builds up, soak in a mixture of cold water and white vinegar before washing. The synthetic fabric releases odor easier than cotton once treated.
Can I iron my rashguard?
Don't. The heat can damage the synthetic fabric and any printed designs. These don't really wrinkle anyway—just hang or lay flat to dry and they're good to go.
